Jeri Phillips currently serves as an Escrow Officer and Closer for Friesland Law Firm, PLLC, a fee office for Chicago Title. Jeri has worked almost exclusively in and among the Allen Business Community. She has over 18 years of experience in the title industry spending more than 5 of those years managing and closing in a fee attorney’s office. The law firm environment has provided Jeri with exposure to real estate law, estate planning, probate matters and various issues important to municipalities. Jeri’s knowledge and experience is not limited solely to residential and commercial title insurance. Jeri is a member of the Allen Chamber of Commerce and the Allen Rotary Club where she has served as Treasurer and Secretary. Jeri resides in Allen, Texas with her husband.
